Scope: A conference for 300 Virtual Software professionals at Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. 40 executives of VMWare board a luxury boat for a pre-dinner cruise, disembarking at Otto where they are greeted with bellinis and martinis before dining on magnificent Italian cuisine and wines. They board the vessel again for desserts and drinks. The next evening at SCEC, 50 executives mingle with the new Managing Director over cocktails and canapés, followed by dinner with all the delegates in the Harbour Room over looking Darling Harbour. The following day, 25 executives travel from Darling Harbour in water Taxis to Flying Fish Restaurant where Peter Kurivita's cuisine, matched with Sefano Lubiana Pinot Noir and Leuwin Art Series Sauvignon Blanc brought a successful conference to a close.
