Scope: Identify appropriate catering organisations with relevant retail experience to tender for and provide progressive Cafe menus and catering solutions to Foxtel staff and guests. Review tender documention, provide financial models for cafe performance and subsidy options. Advice and plans for new cafe design and fit out in line with the Foxtel desired outcomes

Results: Placement of Toast Food as Foxtel caterer providing high quality menu items for Foxtel employees and guests resulting in increased use of a progressive cafe facility. New signage and internal marketing program, design and fit out providing a lounge room style cafe environment. On going support to Foxtel and Toast Food
